On the fifth day we had to change a room cos the room we booked was already booked by someone else. good for us, its all on the same floor so its ok. we had a change in ambience too. so double happiness.....
the theme is more to the blue blue side. if you think that is looks slightly too simple. think of the price. 50 dollars for a nigt?
loving it.
we went to dan shui in the afternoon to the lao jie (old street). loads of yummy food awaiting. plus many ppl wanted the famous tie dan (metal eggs).
we reached and saw this !
cute spongebob cakes.
this is ireland potato, we ate exactly the same thing as we had in hong kong. brought back so many memories.
the menu..... not cheap though.
sour cream. look at how thick this is and you'll know how fattening....
walked along the road to the harbour, many people taking pictures with their ultimate powerful dslr.....
we thought fishermen's wharf was near.... in the end after 15 minutes of walking it didnt seem like we were at the right place yet. end up had to take a bus. many ppl will be taking it, dont be shy to ask.
finally...... the beautiful place.....
rather commercialised though. with bars and some restaurants.
on LOVER'S BRIDGE
oh, this is how the interior of a normal public bus...
then we went to have the famous ah gei.... its actually tofu with fish paste and the reddish thing is a slightly sweet sauce.... my take? i din exactly like it.
fish ball? meat ball? this is more for singaporeans i guess. soup was nice and light. good for a break from all the fried stuff.
